Contact form

When you write to me through the form on the Contact page, I process your name, e-mail, phone number if you give one, and the text of your message, including any health information you choose to include. The purpose is to answer you and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form; you can withdraw it at any time by e-mail. I receive the message by e-mail and it is stored in the site's administration; I keep it for at most 12 months after it has been dealt with.

Before and after photographs

Photographs of results are published with the consent of the patients they show. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by e-mail; the photograph is then removed from the site.

Traffic measurement and cookies

The site stores no cookies on your device for measurement or advertising. Traffic is measured anonymously, without identifying individual visitors. YouTube videos load only after you click on them; from that moment Google's terms apply.

Who has access

I do not pass your data to anyone. The site is operated technically, as a processor, by MM Solutions – Marek Mušinský, company ID 21412383, Javorová 345, 250 64 Měšice, Czech Republic.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent. Just write to show e-mail.
